Please sync mc 2:4.6.2-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The ubuntu-delta was introduced in 4.6.2~git20080311-4ubuntu1, where a fix was uploaded to allow viewing of odt-files, see bug 333835. This has now been
applied upstream and therefore a sync can be made. Upstream changelog:

mc (2:4.6.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
    + fix issues with fish if on the remote site the ls command doesn't understand -Q
      (Closes: #488497, #512715)

    patchset for utf8
  * Removed autogen.sh run patch as this is not needed anymore
