Please sync gdal 1.5.4-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
gdal is now compatible with libtool 2.2. libtool 1.5.2 is not necessary anymore
I test built this version un a pbuilder, and it builds fine.

Changelog since current karmic version 1.5.2-3ubuntu1:
gdal  (1.5.4-3) unstable; urgency=low

   * From trunk: fixed rubymakefile.dpatch to work with libtool 2.2.
     (closes: #518495, #523210)
   * Changed libltdl3-dev into libltdl-dev for libtool 2.2.

gdal (1.5.4-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Moved *.files -> *.install due to dh_install use.
     (closes: #514700)
   * Added --list-missing to dh_install call in debian/rules.

gdal (1.5.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release for 1.5 branch.
   * Removed patch gcc4.4.dpatch merged upstream.
   * dh_movefiles changed in dh_install in debian/rules.
   * compat changed to 5 to be coherent with debian/control.

gdal (1.5.3-1) experimental; urgency=low

   * New upstream release. This is a bug fixing release, no changes in API
     are included.
     Patches merged upstream and removed:
          pythonmakefile
          eoverflow
          sincos
   * [PATCH] gcc4.4.dpatch: fixed for gcc 4.4 compatibility. Thanks tbm.
