i don't understand why kdvi has been removed.

- kdvi worked fine with kile, both forward and inverse search.
- in okular (version 0.8.2), it seems that forward search does not work. (or can somebody explain how i can get it working?)
- the rendering in okular seems worse than in kdvi
- okular does not seem to work very stable. 

given all these facts, i think the user should have the choice which
dvi-viewer he/she wants to use!
