[Bug 359536] [NEW] remove firefox-3.1 sources from jaunty - superseded by firefox-3.5

Public bug reported:

firefox-3.1 got renamed to 3.5 upstream during jaunty cycle and we
shouldnt release with it still in the archive.

I reassigned all open bugs, please remove the firefox-3.1 source package
from the archive.
