Please sync arb 0.0.20071207.1-7 (multiverse) from Debian unstable (non-
free).

Although it's not in debian/changelog, -6 adds an alternative build-dep for
libglw1-mesa-dev so this can now build on Ubuntu (it's never built here
before so there is no regression risk).

  * Save use of /tmp in arb-kill and addressing the other
    potential tempfile symlink attacks reported in
    CVE-2008-5378: possible symlink attacks

  * Use xmllint instead of rxp to verify helpfile XML because
    rxp is outdate, unmaintained and should be removed.
  * Do not use command-with-path-in-maintainer-script in
    postinst and config
  * Added Russian debconf translation (Thanks to Yuri Kozlov)
