It's only bugfix, no FFe needed.

mserv (0.35-7) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
    + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <packages at qa.debian.org>.
  * Acknowledge NMUs. (Closes: #391005).
  * mserver/opt.c - Add trailing /.  (Closes: #289787).
    + Thanks to Lionel VAUX for the fix.
  * Update debconf template for invalid_path. (Closes: #392091).
  * Move Homepage from package description to source stanza.
  * Update watch file to use SourceForge redirector.
  * Escape minus used as hyphen in mserv/mserv.1.
  * Copy in config.{sub,guess} on clean.
  * Bump debhelper build-dep and compat to 5.
  * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.0.
