Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
 * Current version in Jaunty is a release candidate, upgrade to actual release.
 * Upstream notes several minor regressions in 1.13, fixed in 1.13.1, at least
   one of which (bug 342105) is also present in rc1.
 * See bug 341501 for FFe of RC version with implication that corresponding
   release would also be FFe-ed.

pbuilder build OK.

bzr (1.13.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Move to section vcs.
  * Bump standards version to 3.8.1.
