[Bug 269916] [NEW] Please remove libkexif source and libkexif1, libkexif1-dev binaries from Intrepid

This is a KDE3 lib that does not appear to have a KDE4 update planned
(looks dead upstream).  Package has no rdepends in Intrepid (already
removed).
