CIM schema accepted into multiverse

Hi Thierry,

In reviewing the cim-schema package in NEW, I noticed that the license in
debian/copyright doesn't allow modification:

DMTF specifications and documents may be reproduced for uses
consistent with this purpose by members and non-members,
provided that correct attribution is given.

After discussing this with Colin I'm afraid I have to come to the
conclusion that, since these are schemas directly used by the sfcb package,
we can't overlook the non-modifiability issue and treat them as
documentation. They are functional code, and to be included in main or
universe, we would need to have permission to modify that code.

So I've accepted cim-schema into multiverse, and am moving sblim-sfcb to
multiverse as well due to the dependency.
