The Ubuntu package is based on Debian package, it is the same with:
 - debian/changelog: changed ITP bug
 - debian/control: removed PAPT stuff
 - removed debian/virtualbox-gtk (also removed in the new Debian package)
 - changed the manpage to Ubuntu
We decided to upload it directly in Ubuntu (it was in Debian NEW queue) in order to avoid FFe for a new package.
