Please sync sdcv 0.4.2-8 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

This sync fixes two Debian RC bugs (#500318, #500921), both related to the 
testsuite failing during build. It builds and installs fine in an Intrepid
chroot.

Changelog since current intrepid version 0.4.2-2.2:

sdcv (0.4.2-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix FTBFS if built twice (Closes: #503031).
  * Unfuzzy string in Slovak translation (caused by another patch and the
    translation is not really fuzzy).
