Please sync rxvt-unicode 9.05-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

This fixes Debian RC bug #503137, which can cause problems if people install
it and then later remove it. It builds and installs cleanly in an Intrepid
chroot.

Changelog since current intrepid version 9.05-1:

  * Remove urxvtcd alternative in prerm (Closes: #503137)
    - Also, install its manual page as a slave.
