  * Backport fixes from upstream 2.2.3 into debian/patches:
    - allow_mgmtgroup.patch:
        add options for group permission on sockets (Closes: #487434)

    - fix_loop_noarg.patch:
        fix an infinite loop in vdeq when provided wrong arguments
