Binary package hint: ndisgtk

This is a bugfix & translation release of ndisgtk. The changes are:

  - Display an error message if the module could not be loaded,
    and ask the user to verify the installation. (Closes: #500637)
  - Display an error message if no network configuration tool could
    be found (LP: #256263)
  - Import new translations from Launchpad

The current version in hardy/intrepid just ignores if the module can not be
loaded or if no network administration tool is available, making the
user wonder what has happened. This release now informs the user what
went wrong.
