Please sync md5deep 3.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu version of this package is a completely different package to Debian (it was never sent back to Debian), which has not been maintained for
over two years. It is also 2 major revisions out of date (1.x compared to Debian 3.x). It makes sense to me to overwrite with Debian's package.

Changelog since current jaunty version 1.12-0ubuntu1:

md5deep (3.1-1) unstable; urgency=low
