The current Debian version has Ubuntu patch for desktop file and icon.
It doesn't mention about icon in Debian changelog, only desktop file,
but it's in diff.gz.

fet  (5.7.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release.(closes: #500612)
   * Added a .desktop file. Thanks to Iain Lane
     for the patch. (closes: #481547)
   * Added a watch file. (closes: #500613)
