Please sync cvsps 2.1-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Michael ported the Ubuntu change to Debian.

Changelog since current jaunty version 2.1-4ubuntu1:

cvsps (2.1-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Sync from Ubuntu to Debian, fixing 64-bit issue in Debian (Closes: #489219)
  * Bumped standards version to 3.8.0
