sabdfl 30/06/06 setting to High priority, can be done right after PPA's are in place.
cprov 28/05/07: lowering priority until PPA gets settle and we can define good 'basic directions' [rs=sabdfl]
cprov 25/01/08: let finetune the DB patch and get it landed. 
cprov 19/02/08: db patch landed
cprov 30/05/08: 'natural' diffs are being constantly generated since '2008-05-29 01:30:18.290131' and exposed in the UI. Diff processor running on germanium every 12 minutes.
