Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We worked closely with the Debian packager to move the package from
Ubuntu to Debian and maintain it here.

Changelog since current intrepid version 0.9-0ubuntu1:

pastebinit (0.10-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * initial debian release. backpush from ubuntu. Closes: #425226
  * apply the packaging cleanup from Julian Andreas Klode.  Fixes LP: #225676
  * remove *.mo in dh_clean so that "debuild;debuild" succeeds
  * use python-central to help with packaging
