how odd! i was very happy after upgrading to hardy (from feisty) on my
server where both laptops (one hardy, the other gutsy) still sync'ed
fine with the server.

notice the past-tense.

yesterday, my server installed the new version of unison. thing is, my
hardy laptop refuses to think there's been an update.

now, both laptops won't sync. not that i expect the gutsy one to,
obviously.

just confused as to why however many times i perform dist-upgrade, my
hardy laptop refuses to update unison.

now nothing syncs. oh well.
