Please sync kvirc 2:3.4.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).


Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

10_parseIrcUrl_security_fix.patch is no longer needed as the kvirc version in
Debian includes the fixes with an updated version. The rules file can also be
overwritten with the version from Debian as it includes the directory to the
latest version.

  * Fixing installation paths for some files in kvirc and kvirc-data, taking
    those paths from a patch.
  * Adding some more new .desktop files. 
  * Adding Homepage field in control file. Removing from package description.
  * Updated copyright file with information about repackaging and upstream
    copyright holders. 
  * Adding Vcs-Svn and Vcs-Browser control fields.
