All these files are already generated for all architectures, and always
have been. In the case of testing/ you need to look at testing-ports/
for lpia instead, but that's all.

The distinction between component-mismatches and component-mismatches-
mobile is at the seed level, not by architecture, which is why it's
called -mobile and not -lpia. The distinction here is that component-
mismatches tries to exclude packages in the mobile and mobile-dev seeds
when considering what should be promoted to main, while component-
mismatches-mobile doesn't. This is strictly temporary and will go away
once you're ready to get everything you need into main (which I dearly
hope will happen in the next release cycle).
