faad2 source tree should be removed from the vlc source package and
b-depends on libfaad-dev added instead. faad2 licensing changed recently
and all faad2 packages are now in universe. Debian vlc maintainers have
already made the change (see also http://bugs.debian.org/451948). x264
still remains problematic, so either demoting vlc to multiverse or drop
x264 support should be considered.
