Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Version is now in Debian and the packaging differences are trivial and not 
worth maintaining.  The Debian packaging does contain worthwhile improvements
from the Ubuntu package.

libnet-server-perl (0.97-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
    (closes: Bug#457028)
  * Fixed FTBFS if build twice in a row
    (closes: Bug#424529)
