Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

There's no gain in using debhelper 5 or xfce.mk for this package. Besides, this 
debian revision fixes an annoying crash (possibly Bug #192057 too).

Changelog since current hardy version 0.10.99.4~svn-r3775-1ubuntu1:

xfce4-sensors-plugin (0.10.99.4~svn-r3775-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/patches: 01_dont-look-at-floppy-disk added, so hddtemp support
    doesn't try to find a temp sensor in a floppy disk.         closes: #463815
  * debian/copyright: update format to use © sign.
