Here is the most recent Ubuntu entry in debian/changelog:

libjingle0.3 (0.3.11-2ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Another fix for FTBFS with gcc 4.3. 
  * debian/control: Modify Maintainer value to match
    DebianMaintainerField spec.

The only significant change was adding a fix for FTBFS with gcc 4.3.
This change involved updating 01_gcc_4.3.patch to add "#include
<cstring>" to /talk/base/protocolinfo.cc. This change has been added
upstream in Debian through  02_more_gcc_4.3.patch. We can drop the other
Ubuntu change, modifying the Maintainer field. This allows us to safely
sync this package.
