The only significant change was fixing the bashisms in install/install-
lucene.sh. This change has been added upstream, as can be seen from this
Debian changelog entry:

axyl-lucene (2.3.0) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fixes bashism ('function ' prefix on funcs) as per patches notified
    by Luca Falavigna - thanks to him for that. (closes: #486635)

We can safely drop the other Ubuntu change, updating the Maintainer
field. This will allow us to safely sync this package.
