Rejecting kdeedu binaries

Hi Jonathan,

I rejected the kdeedu binaries because of this grave bug:

  E: step: arch-independent-package-contains-binary-or-object ./usr/bin/step
  W: step: missing-depends-line

There are also a few other hiccups:

  W: kstars: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libSatLib4

-> should move to libkdeedu4

  W: libmarble4: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libmarblewidget4
