has size 1705099 instead of expected 1705259

Debian rebuilt the orig.tar.gz instead of using  our's. Thus this needs
a "fake sync". Please apply Debian's diff.gz to our orig.tar.gz and
upload "2.1-2build1", pointing out the orig.tar.gz mismatch in the
changelog.
