Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Ubuntu patch was only needed for python-qt4 4.3 compatibility.  Now that
python-qt4 4.4 is available, it should be dropped.

Changelog since current intrepid version 4.1.4-1ubuntu1:

eric (4.1.5-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Disable "Update available" warning. 
    Patch 06_disable-update-warning.dpatch. (Closes: #485313)
  * Bump standard version to 3.8.0. No changes needed.
