Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Our delta added various ogg related mime-types, which has now been done in
debian. They had a different mime-type for .ogg itself, but I wanted to do
this after Hardy anyway.

  * Change "view" alternative priority to be very low so any vi install will take precedence (closes: 458691)
