Here is the most recent Ubuntu entry in debian/changelog:

libavg (0.7.0-4ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
    + debian/control:
      - Build for python 2.5.
      - Update Maintainer field as per spec.

The only significant change was building for python 2.5. This change has
been added upstream, as can be seen from this Debian changelog entry:

libavg (0.7.0-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * Support both python 2.4 and 2.5.
  * Build-Depend on a recent libboost-python-dev.
  * Clean up Build-Depends on libmagick++.

We can safely drop the change to the Maintainer field. This allows us to
perform a sync for this package.
