[Bug 236493] [NEW] Please sync midentd 2.3.1-4 from Debian(Unstable)

In generel this sync is useless but we are at the beginning of the development cycle and we should get as many packages to autosyncs as possible.
This is now a sync because added the missing b-p on openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver.

 midentd  (2.3.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

   * Add 'openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver' to dependency list.
     Closes: #454474
   * Bump standards version and debhelper/compat version.
     Closes: #454475
