Here are the most recent Ubuntu entries in debian/changelog:

libpri (1.4.2-1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low
* add transitional libpri1.2 package to make dapper->hardy
upgrades work better (thanks to James Troup for reporting)
* Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
specification.

The libpri1.2 package was only added to make the dapper->hardy upgrade
work better. I think that the change can be dropped now that we are past
hardy.
The change in debian/rules has a comment saying "FIXME: remove hack
after hardy". The actual change was just adding this line,
"PKGNAME:=libpri1.0". So I think we can drop this change.
The final change, modifying the Maintainer value to match the
DebianMaintainerField specification can also be safely dropped.
Since all of the changes can be safely dropped, I think we can perform a
sync for libpri.
** Affects: libpri (Ubuntu)
