Here is the most recent Ubuntu entry in debian/changelog:

kaa-metadata (0.6.1-1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Drop unneeded dependency on python-xml. LP: #199014.
  * Set Ubuntu maintainer address.

The only significant change was dropping the dependency on python-xml.
This change was added upstream, as can be seen from this Debian
changelog entry:

kaa-metadata (0.7.2-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Add a versionned build-dependency on kaa-base 0.2 (Closes: #462853).
  * Drop dependency on python-xml (Closes: #468603).

The only issue is that kaa-base 0.2 isn't in the Ubuntu repositories
yet. However, once kaa-base (LP: #236314) is synced, we will be able to
sync kaa-metadata.
