Please sync pixmap 2.6pl4-18 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes (add stdlib.h to fix sigsegv and fixed nostrip option) 
have been incorporated by Debian. Please note that this still FTBFS (see 
bug 248657). It was agreed that the needed fix will be part of the
x11-common package (but hasn't been done already).

Changelog since current intrepid version 2.6pl4-17ubuntu2:

pixmap (2.6pl4-18) unstable; urgency=low

  * really handle nostrip build option now, thanks to patch from Cesare
    Tirabassi from Ubuntu.
    closes:#491561
  * Removed hack for getenv(), as it now seems to work, at least with stdlib.h
  * included (also thanks to Cesare Tirabassi).
