I would like to attempt some development of an ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX web
application on Ubuntu.

Mono 1.9 and higher support ASP.NET AJAX, but the currently packaged
version is 1.2.x.

OpenSUSE 11 includes mono 1.9, so I assume it is stable?

I have no experience in packaging, so would very much appreciate an
updated version on mono in Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex.
