Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The Ubuntu delta updated the copyright for the netdns.c file,
as it was incorrect in the debian upstream. This has been resolved
and thus an ubuntu delta is no longer required.

Changelog since current intrepid version 0.63-1ubuntu1:

libnet-dns-perl (0.63-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add differing copyright from netdns.c to debian/copyright file 
    (closes: bug#488829). Thanks to Scott Kitterman. 
  * Add Homepage: to debian/control file.
  * Bump standards version to 3.8.0.
  * Bump debhelper compat level to 7.
