[Bug 247118] [NEW] Please remove uclibc from the archives

Please remove uclibc from the archives without blacklisting it, so we
can import it if Debian includes it again. It has been removed from
Debian for several reasons (see remote bugwatch) and it won't compile on
Ubuntu right now.
