libdisasm (0.23-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/rules: overhauled to use new upstream autoconf build system.
  * debian/copyright: updated to reflect upstream license change to
    Clarified Artistic.
  * debian/control: bump standards version; no changes needed.
