Rejecting falcon

Hi Brandon,

I rejected falcon because the orig.tar.gz contains some binary junk
(lots of .pyc files and ./po/mo/nl/LC_MESSAGES/falcon.mo). In order to
not ship possibly outdated pyc files in binary packages and only have
source code in the orig.tar.gz, I rejected this. Can you please fix
this and upload again? (Please reuse the version number).
