Ok; in that case the rationale for dropping the Ubuntu delta must be
that the dependencies of xutils have changed, or that the Ubuntu delta
was never required, because the Debian build-dependency was not new.
Hence my confusion, since the given rationale was wrong and the dropping
of the Ubuntu delta has nothing to do with the changes in the new Debian
package.
