  * libungif4 -> libgif transition: (LP: #174252)
    + debian/control:
      - updated build-deps
      - updated Maintainerfield according to Ubuntu Maintainer Policy
    + debian/rules:
      - replaced --with-ungif to --with-gif
    + debian/patches/00_Makefile_and_configure.patch:
      - Adjusted the debian adds, replaced -lungif with -lgif in DEB_EXTRAFOO
