Please sync bluez-libs (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only remaining Ubuntu change was to bump the required version of libbluetooth2 in the shlibs file. Debian has taken this change, so it can be dropped. The package builds and installs fine in a Hardy chroot.

Changelog since current hardy version 3.22-1ubuntu1:

bluez-libs (3.24-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/watch fails to report upstream's version (Closes: #449616)
  * Bump version in shlibs to 3.14 (Closes: #452961)
