Thank you for the debdiff, which indeed correctly represents the changes
that will occur as a result of the sync.  However. it is essentially
useless: firstly, this sync has already been confirmed (or rather,
opened) by a member of ~ubuntu-dev, and so has been granted the
necessary Debian Import Freeze exception, without requirement for
further review.  Secondly, syncs are processed by the archive
administrators using a dedicated tool, and are not handled as uploads,
so the debdiff will never be applied.
