Rationale:
    New upstream version contains heaps of bug fixes
    New Debian revision sets default help to "Just work"
    New candidate builds successfully in hardy

Additional Debian changelog:

gvrng (2.9-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Added simple patch to show the English lessons when no localized
    versions are available
