Rationale:
    New Debian revision includes gcc 4.3 FTBFS
    New Debian revision handles stripping properly for proper -dbgsym packages
    New Debian revision builds properly in hardy

  * Include <cstring> to fix FTBFS with GCC 4.3 (Closes: #455172)
