rejecting alsa-firmware

I'm rejecting alsa-firmware (again).

The aica directory has a licence which is not mentioned in
debian/copyright (although it does have a section for aici which
doesn't seem to exist, talking about a licence which isn't used).

hdsploader, mixartloader has a licence which is not mentioned in debian/copyright.

pcxhrloader is GPL but has no source.

usx2yloader is GPL but some files seem to have no source.
