hamradiomenus is now essentially deprecated, but the old version IS in
Ubuntu:

https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hamradiomenus

The original reason hamradiomenus is mentioned on this sync request (for
extra-xdg-menus as a new package) is that hamradiomenus should be sync'd
to the dummy version now.

Since hamradiomenus had been in Ubuntu until now, presumably we can't
just remove it?
