Sync request ACKed for extra-xdg-menus.

hamradiomenus will probably have to wait until extra-xdg-menus passes
NEW, to avoid breaking existing installations due to removal of
functionality. (extra-xdg-menus is only in Depends for the new
hamradiomenus, not in Build-Depends.)
